2 DUI’s , 1 Accident

TWO DUI ACCIDENTS – Early this morning (5/21), Bullhead City Police responded to an accident in the 1900 block of Highway 95. While officers were en route, witnesses advised that two females had fled from the crashed Cadillac Escalade and got into a green Chevrolet Tahoe. Officers also learned that when the male driving the Chevy Tahoe picked up the two females, the Tahoe also crashed at the samelocation before fleeing the scene.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on the Chevy Tahoe on Ramar Road. Police determined the driver of the Chevy Tahoe and the driver of the Cadillac Escalade were both intoxicated.

Driver #1: Cali Susan Samson, 20, was arrested for DUI, DUI while under 21, criminal damage, leaving the scene of an accident, minor in possession of alcohol and aggravated assault on a peace officer. Samson assaulted two officers while being booked.

Driver #2: Nicholas Calvin O’Dell Valdivia, 29, was arrested for DUI, Extreme DUI (BAC 0.20% or higher), leaving the scene of an accident and criminal damage.

Passenger: Megan Elizabeth Herting Lino, 30, was arrested for possession of drug (cocaine) paraphernalia.

They were all booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman. No injuries were reported in either accident. #bhcpdnews
