24th Annual Community Achievement Awards Will Commence
The Laughlin Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that our diverse and dedicated volunteer judges have been selected
The 24th annual Community Achievement Awards recognizing individuals, businesses and organizations in the Colorado River Region is set for Saturday, November 13th, 2021. Event planning will be different than the last 23 years, following last year’s concept.
Though, we are not anticipating an indoor gathering quite yet, we foresee an incredible affair that will ensure special recognition of the finalists and the award recipients with the prestigious crystal awards as they have in all years past.
Nominations are open! Take a minute to nominate online at laughlinchamber.com/chamber-annual-events/
The official judges for the 24th Annual Community Achievement Awards are as follows:
Head Judge
Anita Bray, Javalina’s Coffee Express
Representing Nevada
Denise Berry, Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort
Mark Moskowitz, Clark County, Nevada
Michael Jackson, Silver Rider/Colorado River Food Bank
Representing Arizona
Jessica Terry, J&J Mystery Events
Maria Pynakker, Billet Healthcare Services
Rob Terry, Findlay Motor Company
These volunteer judges will spend countless hours, over several weeks vetting tons of nominations! They will spend approximately 18 hours conducting 50+ interviews and then have the painstaking task of picking only one winner in each of the 16 categories. We are honored to be working with these fine community representatives and as always, we could not do it without them.
