3 More COVID-19 Cases in Mohave County, bringing the total to 249

Three New COVID-19 Cases All in Kingman Area Total Positives Now 249 Total Deaths in County 27

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (May 17, 2020) Late this afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 3 COVID-19 positive cases in Mohave County. All three are in the Kingman service area. Two are in the 20-44 year age range. One of those is hospitalized and linked to another confirmed case. The other is in isolation, recovering at home, and linked to another confirmed case. The third is 65+, in isolation, recovering at home, and is linked to another case. There are now 50 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including four deaths, 173 in Kingman, with a total of 22 deaths there, 7 cases in “North County,” formerly referred to as “Other”(composed of a number of smaller Mohave County communities,) and 19 in Bullhead City, including one death.

There are a total of — 27 deaths in the county from the disease. Total positive cases –249.
