The Bullhead City Police and Fire Departments will host the 36th Annual National Night Out event on Wednesday, October 2nd at Mohave Electric Cooperative.
National Night Out is America’s largest crime prevention event that gives people a chance to create neighborhood spirit, heighten crime prevention awareness, and strengthen community and police partnerships.
“It is a night for us to stand together to promote awareness, safety and neighborhood unity,” said Bullhead City Police Department’s Community Services Officer Lorrie Duggins. “This will be our 21st year hosting National Night Out with Mohave Electric Cooperative.”
This FREE family event will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd at 5:30 p.m. at Mohave Electric Cooperative Member Service Office (928 Hancock Road). There will be games, refreshments, prize drawings, informational booths and several fun activities for the kids, including public safety vehicles, face painting, 9-1-1 simulator, fingerprinting, and a chance for children to dress up in police SWAT & firefighter gear! Plus, it’s a great way for the entire community to come together to talk with police and fire department personnel about your concerns.
