MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (March 17, 2021) — The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 62 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported today. There is also 3 new deaths from previously reported positive cases.
There is one new death in each of the county’s Tri Cities. The death in the Kingman service area is a 60-69 person. The single death in the Lake Havasu City service area is that of an 80-89 individual. The death in the Bullhead City service area is that of an 80-89 person.
Of the 62 new confirmed cases, there are 33 new cases in the Kingman service area. There are 14 new cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are 7 new cases in the Bullhead City service area. There are 7 new cases in the North County service area. There is 1 new case in an Undetermined area of the county.
ALL 62 new confirmed cases remain under investigation.
Of the 7 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, two are 0-10; two are 40-49; one is 50-59; two are 70-79.
Of the 33 new cases in the Kingman area, three are 20-29; five are 30-39; three are 40-49; four are 50-59; four are 60-69; four are 70-79; six are 80-89; four are 90+.
Of the 14 new cases in the Lake Havasu City service area, three are 20-29; one is 30-39; one is 40-49; two are 60-69; four are 70-79; one is 80-89; two are 90+.
Of the 7 new cases in the North County area, two are 40-49; three are 60-69; two are 70-79.
The single new case in an Undetermined specific area of the county is a 70-79 person.

There are a number of reasons for the adjustments, including the removal of cases that did not have a permanent address in Mohave County, reconciliation of cases reported twice or not originally reported, and removal of probable cases.
