MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (May 2, 2020) The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified early this evening of seven COVID-19 positive cases in Mohave County.
Two of the cases are in the Kingman service area. One is a person in the 55-64 age range, who is hospitalized and is linked to another case. The other is in the 45-54 age range, is in isolation and recovering at home and is linked to another confirmed case.
The other five cases are all in the Bullhead City service area. None are hospitalized and three of them are under 20 years old, in isolation, recovering at home, and linked to another case. The fourth case is in the 20-44 year age range, in isolation, recovering at home and linked to another confirmed case. The final case is in the 55-64 age range, in isolation, recovering at home, and linked to another confirmed case.
There are now 34 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including three deaths, 84 in Kingman, with a total of 10 deaths there, 1 in “Other”(a small community,) and 16 in Bullhead City, including one death. There are a total of — 14 deaths in the county from the disease. Total positive cases – 135.
