MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (January 19, 2021) –The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of 87 new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported since Friday noon. There are also 12 new deaths reported during this period.
ALL 12 deaths are from previously reported confirmed cases. Seven of the deaths are in the Bullhead City service area. One of those is 40-49; one is 60-69; two are 70-79; three are 80-89.
Three of the deaths are in the Kingman service area. Two are 70-79; one is 80-89.
The final two deaths are in the Lake Havasu City service area. One is 70-79 and one is 80-89.
Of the 87 new confirmed cases, there are 37 new cases in the Lake Havasu City service area. There are 26 new cases in the Kingman service area. There are 22 new cases in the Bullhead City service area. There are 2 new cases in the North County service area.
Of the 37 new confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, 36 of them remain under investigation. One is 11-19; two are 20-29; five are 30-39; five are 40-49; eight are 50-59; five are 60-69; nine are 70-79; one is 80-89. The final Lake Havasu City area case is a 50-59 person, who is recovering at homeand is linked to another case.
Of the 26 new confirmed cases in the Kingman area, 21 are still under investigation. One is 11-19; two are 20-29; seven are 50-59; seven are 60-69; two are70-79; one is 80-89; one is 90+. The remaining 5 new confirmed cases in the Kingman area are recovering at home and are linked to another case. One is 20-29; one is 30-39; three are 40-49.
Of the 22 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area, 17 remain under investigation. One is 0-10; two are 11-19; two are 20-29; two are 30-39; two are 40-49; two are 50-59; three are 60-69; one is 70-79; two are 80-89. The remaining 5 Bullhead City area cases are recovering at home and are linked to another case. One is 11-19; one is 20-29; one is 30-39; one is 40-49; one is 80-89.
The two cases in North County remain under investigation. Both are 20-29.
