Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Emily Faye GIllin, 32 of Kingman, for two counts of felony Aggravated Assault per Domestic Violence. On Saturday (10/23) at approximately 9 PM, deputies responded to the intersection of E. Lass Ave. and N. Roosevelt Ave. in Kingman in reference to a male subject that had been struck by a vehicle. Upon deputies arrival, medical was assessing the male subject and the involved vehicle was observed nearby.

Deputies contacted the alleged driver, identified as Gillin, who advised the victim was her ex-boyfriend. Detectives responded to the scene and over the course of the investigation, it was learned that multiple incidents of criminal damage and domestic violence had occurred between the two that evening. A witness alleged that Gillin had rammed her vehicle into the victim’s vehicle earlier in the day.

Gillin alleged that earlier in the evening the victim had shot out a window on her vehicle with a BB gun. Witnesses were able to positively identify Gillin as the driver of the vehicle at the time of the collision. The victim was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Emily Faye Gillin was arrested and transported to the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman without incident. This investigation is ongoing.
