On Monday (9/21) at approximately 2:45 PM, deputies responded to a weapons offense call at a residence in the 4000 block of Lum Ave. It was reported that a male subject, later identified as Timothy Milton Krueger, had pointed a weapon at a female victim and threatened to kill her. Krueger then fired the weapon at a vehicle on the property. Upon arrival, deputies cleared the residence and discovered Krueger had fled the scene prior to their arrival. A nearby deputy advised he had spotted Krueger in an alleyway and then he fled on foot. A search was conducted, but Krueger was not located.

On Friday (9/25) at approximately 2 PM, Sheriff’s Office Deputies received information that Krueger was at a residence in the 3600 block of Northfield Ave. Deputies positioned themselves in strategic locations around the property and began making announcements for all residents of the property to exit. After multiple unanswered announcements, Mohave County Sheriff’s Office SWAT was called to respond to the scene. A search warrant was obtained and a distraction device and chemical agents were introduced into the residence. At approximately 4:50 PM, SWAT placed Krueger into custody without further incident. Krueger was transported to the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman where he was booked for Aggravated Assault per Domestic Violence, Misconduct Involving Weapons, Possession of a Weapon by Prohibited Person, and Resisting Arrest, all felonies. This investigation is ongoing.
