Anaheim Ballet Brings The Nutcracker To Life At Don’s Celebrity Theater

LAUGHLIN–The story is one written in history. Every year, somewhere across the world The Nutcracker is performed on stages, including right here in Laughlin, Nevada.

The classic heartwarming tale is centered around Clara and her Nutcracker doll, who changes her woeful winter into a Candyland feast. The Nutcracker ballet is a cornerstone of seasonal family entertainment and tradition.

It’s been over 30 years the popular Tchaikovsky ballet has graced the stages of Don Laughlin’s Celebrity Theater. It is there the holiday season comes to life under the direction of the Anaheim Ballet. Audiences will experience art being brought to life with battling toy soldiers and menacing mice, athletic Russian dancers, prancing Bon Bons and the popular scores of Tchaikovsky’s Waltz of the Flowers and Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies.

The ballet will be held Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. NV time; Dec. 8 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. NV time; and Dec. 9 at 3 p.m. NV time. Tickets are $30 plus tax and $12 for children under the age of 12.
