The Los Lagos Golf Club, located in Fort Mohave, Arizona, has been sold to a local investor group, Los Lagos Golf Club LLC. The Ted Robinson Sr. designed, 18-hole championship golf course features the Bunker 19 Bar & Grill, and a spacious event and banquet facility.
 
The sale was officially completed on November 28, 2022.
Los Lagos Golf Club LLC members are local homeowners and investors committed to immediate property revitalization projects. The goal is to refurbish the golf course playing surfaces, upgrade the clubhouse, and improve the food and beverage facilities.
 
The company has listened to the Los Lagos homeowners, their golf customers, the surrounding communities and local business leaders. The company hears you and the projects are underway.
 
Projects currently underway include significant upgrades to the irrigation system, overseeding the greens, tee boxes, fairways and driving range area, weed removal, and bunker clearing. The clubhouse remodeling has begun in the event/banquet facility, the Bunker 19 Bar & Grill, the pro shop, and there’s new landscaping at the entrance of the clubhouse.
 
The company is fully engaged in a short and long-term property and facility improvement plan.
 
The plans include, continuous golf course improvement, beautifying surrounding landscape, and upgrading the clubhouse and banquet facilities.
