Authorities Conducting Search In Mountains For Missing Hikers

KINGMAN—The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue is actively searching for three missing people, last known to be in the Hualapai Mountains.

The missing people have been identified as James Keel, 66; Nancy Walker, 62; and Ebert Johnson, 61.

Around 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17 the three were traveling to the Hualapai Mountain Resort and from there were to be on trails in a Black 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts or have seen them since they went missing, are urged to contact the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office at 928-753-0753.
