On Friday, July 17, 2020, at approximately 6:26 PM BCFD units E761, E711, E751, M721, and Battalion 7 responded to a reported structure fire located on the 2000 block of Bahama Dr.  Engine 761’s crew arrived first on the scene reporting a double-wide mobile home with smoke coming from the open front door. The occupant had safely evacuated with his pet bird. Upon investigation, a smoldering fire under the bathroom sink was found with a minor extension to the wall.  E761’s crew quickly extinguished the fire, and all other units were cleared from the call. No injuries were reported during this incident.
