BULLHEAD CITY — Santa wasn’t on a sleigh this year, he was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Express 15 passenger van for a special delivery to the Boys and Girls Club of the Colorado River.
The new van donation was made possible by local car dealership Automobile Consulting Services LLC in Bullhead City.
“This van is such an amazing and generous gift, with three clubs and one van we were often limited to very small field trips and unable to provide after-school pickups for the charter schools. This will allow us to provide greater adventures for more children” said Autumn Boyle-Robinson CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs.
The new van will be utilized for daily school pickups from area charter schools, as well as, field trips and summer programs.
“We want to say a “Big” thank you to Mohave County for allowing us to serve the community going on 25 years. The Boys & Girls Clubs are committed to our community’s children and this is our way of supporting our great community!” said Sharon Gluschenko, owner of Automobile Consulting Services
BGCCR Director of Operations Bree Gonzalez said a second van has been on their wish list for sometime and that this donation from Automobile Consulting Services is truly a Christmas miracle.
A special donation presentation will be held on Jan. 4 at 10 a.m. at Automobile Consulting Services, 2691 S. Miracle Mile Road.
This is wonderful what a blessing
