After six years of dedicated service to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River, Autumn Boyle-Robinson announced to her Board of Directors that she would like to depart by the end of 2023.In late 2016 Autumn was hired as the CEO for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River. At that time there was a Club in Bullhead and Laughlin as well as a tiny thrift store in Bullhead. The Club currently has the Bullhead Club, Laughlin Club and a brand new campus is Fort Mohave. The thrift stores have also seen a dramatic transformation with three current locations with over 25,000 square feet of floor space!

These last six years have been adventurous, with some great successes and some challenges, but that is all part of the process. Overall, the Club is in a position of strength, with a fabulous team of staff and volunteers, great facilities, and financially the Club is in a good spot. There will always be a need to raise funds, however having a savings account ready for a rainy day, and having the thrift stores which generate a regular income for the clubs helps to keep things running smoothly. When asked why she is leaving and what she is going to do Autumn says “The Club is doing fabulous, and I am beyond proud of this amazing team.  I love my family and want to be able to spend more time with them, more weekend hikes, more home cooked meals, more vacations and adventures. I have a list a mile long of things that I have put off, and I am excited to tackle that list. I love the Club, my hope is to be able to help hire and train a new CEO so that they are set up for success.”

Current Board Chairman, Matt Hanrahan, says “Autumn has done a tremendous job for our Organization since she took over her Position. Her leadership and overall dedication to the Club can not be replaced or duplicated. Our new Director will have large shoes to fill” The position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in overseeing strategic planning and operation of the organization. The Club is seeking applicants with experience in the youth development field and/or with a strong business background. A passion for our Community and a willingness to work closely with Community leaders is a must. The board has posted the job posting in the local paper as well as online at indeed.comQualified applicants can send their resume to
