Bullhead Area Transit System 20th Anniversary
BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., November 25, 2020 -The City of Bullhead City is pleased to announce that Bullhead Area Transit System is celebrating its 20th anniversary during the month of December. To commemorate this historic milestone, there will be a Free Ride Month all December long, starting Tuesday December 2nd through Thursday, December 31st sponsored by the City of Bullhead City.
All month long, passengers will be treated to free rides throughout Bullhead City on the Red, Blue, Green, and Orange fixed routes, the pre-qualified Dial-A-Ride paratransit service, and the Senior Demand Response service. This is a great opportunity to showcase the local transit service and allow City residents who have never used the service to try it out for free. This Free Ride Month will give passengers an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the services Bullhead Area Transit System has offered the local community for the past two decades.
Passengers have access to several different resources to make traveling with Bullhead Area Transit System easier than ever before. These features included automated route information, estimated arrival times, and route tracking. Passengers are able to access these services by phone, online, or on smart phone devices just by visiting bullheadtransit.com.
Normal fares for all Bullhead Area Transit programs will resume being collected starting Saturday January 2nd, 2021.
