Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare (ACW) officers are looking for a dog for standard quarantine procedures.

On Wednesday, October 20th, ACW was called to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for a dog bite. A 49-year-old male victim reported that he was attacked by a dog at about 3 p.m. when he was walking in the area of McCormick Boulevard and Landon Drive. The dog is described as a white pitbull type with black spots. The dog reportedly bit the victim on his face and then ran away.

ACW patrolled the area but have not located the dog. If anyone has any information, please call the Bureau of Animal Care and Welfare at (928) 763-6000, reference report# 21-30392.
