Bullhead City Council Candidate Nomination Packets Now available for citizens interested in running for office in the 2024 Election

BULLHEAD CITY, Arizona – March 14, 2023 – The City of Bullhead City will hold a Primary Election on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, for the purpose of electing four (4) Council Members to fill four-year terms. A General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, to fill any elected offices that remain unfilled after the Primary Election. 

Vice Mayor Norma Brummett is currently serving a four-year term that expires in November 2024; and Council Members Rodney Head, Grace Hecht, and Juan Lizarraga are currently serving two-year terms that also expire in November 2024.   

Interested candidates can find more information on running for local office, compliance requirements, and election filings by reviewing the pamphlet entitled “2024 Election Information for Candidates” from www.bullheadcity.com, under “Department Directory,” “City Clerk,” “Elections.”  Paper copies of this document will also be available at City Hall.
