Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare (ACW) officers are looking for a dog and its owner for standard quarantine procedures after a recent dog bite.

On Wednesday morning, a dog bit a male in front of McDonald’s in the 2200 block of Highway 95. ACW officers have identified the dog and owner as a local transient male, Pat O’Neil, and his tan pitbull named “Tattoo”. They are not in any trouble. ACW officers have attempted to locate them since Wednesday for quarantine procedures. They are urged to contact the shelter to start the quarantine process. If anyone has any questions or information, please call ACW at (928) 763-6000
