Fatal Fire

On March 9, 2019, multiple units from the Bullhead City Fire Department were dispatched to the report of an apartment fire on the 1500 block of Sierra Vista Dr. Battalion Chief Stephenson immediately called for a second alarm response adding additional crews to the assignment. Firefighters aggressively worked to knock down the fire and gain control. Sadly, one elderly female was confirmed deceased on the scene. Battalion Chief Stephenson requested the Red Cross to respond and assist tenants in surrounding units. Fire investigators arrived on the scene and began their investigation. No further information is available at this time.
