Level 2 sex offender community notification and photo are attached. Under “Megan’s Law,” law enforcement authorities are required to provide the public with information regarding Level 2 and Level 3 registered sex offenders. Sex offender notifications are not intended to increase fear; instead, an informed community is a safer community. The community will not tolerate any attempts by individuals to use this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass offenders.

Citizens can enter any address of interest to view a map and listing of offenders within their preferred radius. They may also confidentially register the address to be continuously monitored by the agency, which will send an email alert if an offender or predator moves near that registered address. This service is ideal for registering homes, work addresses, parks, playgrounds, bus stops, or any other locations of interest.

In addition, citizens have the option to confidentially register to be notified if a specific offender moves from their current address. Multiple addresses can be registered at no cost.
