Bullhead Fire & Kingman Fire set to host the second round of Officer Development Training with the Officer Development Academy 2.0
In partnership with the Kingman Fire Department, the Bullhead City Fire Department is honored to host the Officer Development Academy 2.0. The specialized training classes will take place from February 3rd – 5th at the Anderson Field House in Bullhead City, Arizona. Over 25 participants from surrounding departments will attend, including members from Bullhead Fire and the Kingman Fire Department. The 3-day academy is a joint effort focusing on Leadership and Management Training. All participants have completed the prior Officer Development Academy 1.0.
Bullhead Fire Chief Patrick Moore and Kingman Fire Chief Jake Rhoades will begin the program with introductions and the program layout. This three-day program is jam-packed with eight sessions taught by nationally recognized instructors, which include:
