On Sunday, June 4^th at about 4:00pm, the Kingman Police Department arrested Frank Joseph Silver, 47 of Minnesota on the felony charges of Burglary, Attempted Theft of Means of Transportation and Criminal Damage.  Officers responded to a commercial building in the 2500blk of Beverly Avenue for a burglary alarm indicating motion sensor and glass breakage.  Upon arrival officers found that a large glass door to the business was broken out.  When officers entered the business the located several items damaged and strewn about.  Silver was located attempting to flee through the back lot of the property.  Silver denied his involvement but was wearing merchandise from the business and his identification was located inside of the building.  Silver was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on the listed charges.
