Mohave Valley, Arizona resident, Carmen (Rose) Frazier) passed away in Lake Havasu City, on 3-5-2020 at the age of 87. Rose was preceded in death by her daughter Loretta Rosiska and husband Cliff Frazier. She is survived by her son Larry Collins and wife Diane, and son Les Dikes and wife Jari, as well as 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She was born in Barstow, CA in 1933, into a family of 13 children, survivors include brother Ray Clark and sisters Velda (PeeWee) Burks, Betty Richardson, and Mary Simmons. Parents were Elec and Nora Mae Clark. In her younger years Rose worked as a waitress at the Hungry Bear Restaurant in Needles, CA. She enjoyed spending time with family whether it was bowling, playing card or board games, or the occasional night out gambling. Rose loved her dog Tiny, Mexican food, and blended margaritas with friends and family. Rose was very much loved and her presence will be missed by many.
