Cat Bite

Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare (ACW) officers are looking for a stray cat for standard quarantine procedures. Earlier this week, a male victim reported that he was bit on the hand by a stray cat when he went to pet it. The man said he has seen in the cat before in his neighborhood on Shadow Canyon Drive. He was treated at Valley View Medical Center. The cat is described as an orange tabby with no collar.

ACW officers searched the area, but the cat has not yet been located. If anyone has any information, please call the Bureau of Animal Care and Welfare at (928) 763-6000, reference report# 20-07243. This is for quarantine purposes after a bite has occurred.
