CAUGHT – Weapons Offense and Criminal Damage in Centennial Park

The suspects were caught and are 15 and 16 year old juveniles from the Centennial Park area. They were both interviewed and admitted their involvement in the incident. It was determined they had stolen the rifle prior to this shooting. Both will be referred to juvenile probation for charges of Criminal Damage, Burglary, and Minors in Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

There were several tips called in regarding this incident. We would like to issue our appreciation to the community for their involvement in helping resolve this case.


The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying two male suspects involved in a weapons offense/  Criminal damage that took place in Centennial Park, AZ (Arizona Strip). On Tuesday (1/21) at approximately 12 AM, a commercial building was shot at and hit multiple times by  unknown suspects. There was a round that penetrated the building and struck equipment inside the shop.
The suspects appear to be younger males, with one wearing a face mask and both wearing hooded sweaters. There have been multiple incidents in the last few months where buildings have been shot at in the area and this incident may be related and/or committed by the same suspects.
