Chef’s Food Fest Returns June 4 – A Taste of Sweet Revenge

LAUGHLIN, NV — The Laughlin Chamber of Commerce invites you to mark your calendar for one of the community’s most anticipated nights of the year as the 36th Annual Chef’s Food Fest returns Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Aquarius Casino Resort Pavilion Ballroom in Laughlin, Nevada.

For more than three decades, Chef’s Food Fest has been a signature event, bringing together the region’s top chefs, mixologists, and restaurants for an unforgettable evening of tastings, fine beverages, and culinary creativity—all in support of a meaningful cause.

This year, the event takes a bold turn with the theme: A Taste of Sweet Revenge. Guests can expect an indulgent and slightly mischievous culinary journey, where sweet meets savory in unexpected ways. From decadent desserts to elevated entrée-style creations with a hint of sweetness, participating chefs will be challenged to push boundaries and deliver dishes that are as surprising as they are unforgettable.

Guests will enjoy a dynamic competition among participating chefs, with awards including:
• Best Food
• Best Dessert
• Best Cocktail
• Best Booth
• Best Use of Secret Ingredient

The Secret Ingredient will be revealed at a later date and must be incorporated into at least one dish for eligibility in that category.

In addition to returning favorites, the Chamber invites smaller culinary establishments and emerging chefs to participate with single-item entries, making it easier than ever to be part of this signature event while showcasing their creativity to a wide audience.

Beyond the culinary experience, the evening will feature a charity auction benefiting the River Fund, Inc., supporting critical services such as emergency assistance, housing support, and regional disaster relief. Chef’s Food Fest remains one of the Laughlin Chamber’s premier fundraising events, with a longstanding commitment to giving back to the community.
