BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – June 16, 2022 – Bullhead City Police detectives arrested David Ray Hoyos, 50, for sexual exploitation of a minor.

     Bullhead City Police received information from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) of possible child pornography being uploaded and distributed. After further investigation, detectives traced the sexual offense to Hoyos.
On June 16, detectives served a search warrant into Hoyo’s residence in the 200 block of Willowood Lane and seized evidence relating to the case. He was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
