Kingman, AZ – The City of Kingman is notifying residents and motorists of temporary street closures in downtown Kingman for the First Friday event taking place on Friday, September 4, 2026. Street closures will be in effect from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and will include a full-width hard closure of Beale Street between 1st Street and 6th Street. The closure will extend curb-to-curb and will be reserved for pedestrian traffic and event staff to help provide a safe environment for attendees. Closures will also extend north and south of Beale Street to the adjacent alleyways.

In addition, 4th Street will be closed from the alley north of Beale Street to Andy Devine Avenue. The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes during the event.
