BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., January 30, 2023 – City of Bullhead staff and contractors will be working on the following projects throughout our city during the week of January 30:

  • Contractors continue work on the new amenities being added to the North end of Community Park. New shade structures have been recently installed. The entire project at the north end of Community Park is anticipated to be completed and opened for the public before the summer of 2023.
  • Bullhead City Utilities crews will be conducting sewer cleaning along Sun River Rd, Florence Ave, and Landon Dr W, Sunbeam Dr, and Sunburst Dr. Sewer cleaning will also take place along several empty lots on McCormick Blvd. Sewer cleaning is a routine year-round maintenance project that keeps the wastewater system functioning optimally.

When ridden correctly, no pedaling, or pushing is required to complete the circuit. The city anticipates opening the pump track February 8.
  • Public Works staff will be working to convert the Bullhead Belle into a permanent structure at Community Park during next few months. The City plans to open the Bullhead Belle as a riverside restaurant and event center May 2023.
