CLIFFORD A. RHODES
Clifford A. Rhodes, age 75, a 50-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz, suddenly past away on Monday, August 14, 2017. He was born on July 11, 1942 to Charles and Ella Rhodes.
Rest in peace, dear one, you earned it.
We all love and miss you, till we meet again.
Clifford attended high school in Monrovia, Calif. He served in the US Navy during the Viet Nam War on the U.S.S. Kearsarge. After retiring from the Navy, he moved to Bullhead City. Clifford owned a construction business, worked at Town and Country Foods, Tri-State Lumber and also owned a barber shop in Needles, Calif. He was also active in the community coaching little league baseball and flag football.
Clifford was preceded in death by his parents; several brothers and sisters; and his first wife, Linda.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; daughter, Cindy (Rhodes) Burt; son, Charles Rhodes; stepdaughter, Susan (Ron) Wiegand; step-son, Edward Courtney, Jr.; grandkids, Breanna Burt, Ashleigh Burt, Brandon and Kyle Burt, Corey (Brandy) Whitton, Wayne (Dani Guerro) Rutherford, Shane Rutherford, Chad and Pamela Courtney, Tracy (Marion) Bates, Marlee Wiegand, Daniel and Richard Street, and Denise Courtney; great-grandkids, Tabitha Courtney, Kason Guerrero-Rutherford, Addy and Zack Whitton, Timmy, Payton and Maddy Bates; and many nephews and nieces.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2017 at the V.F.W. Hall on Marble Canyon Drive (across from Scooters Family Fun Center). Friends are invited to attend.
