Contractors Needed for Mohave County Housing Rehab Program

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (December 20, 2021) – Mohave County is seeking general contractors who have the appropriate licensing, or who will subcontract with licensed contractors, to complete housing rehabilitation projects for low-income homeowners that qualify through our Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program.

Projects may include replacing roofs, performing weatherization, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and other similar improvements. The CDBG Program is a federally funded program administered by the Mohave County Community Services Department.

All contractors must be licensed, insured, in good standing with the Registrar of Contractors, have a valid City business license, have an IRS Tax ID (EIN) and a DUNS Number. All contractors on the list of Mohave County qualified and approved Contractors will be notified via email of any bid invitation.
