TRESPASSING–Christopher Clinton Faehn, 27, and Kimberly Mohr Faehn, 56, were arrested on Jan. 5 in the 1400 block of Summit Drive on suspicion of trespassing. The two were reportedly inside the residence, even though it had been red tagged. Both were cited and released at the scene.

WARRANTS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA–Alyssa Skye Knight, 26, was arrested on Jan. 5 in the area of Dorado Way and Monte Vista Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia as well as multiple warrants. Police responded to the area on a report of a suspicious person call and made contact with Knight. She reportedly had a piece of foil with burnt residue on her at the time of arrest. He warrants were for failure to appear and two pre-adjudication warrants. Knight was taken to the Kingman jail.

ASSAULT–Dewayne Allen Schmidt, 39, was arrested on Jan. 5 for assault in the 2200 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault. Police were called to Subway after it was reported Schmidt reportedly became angry with another customer in line and wrapped his arm around him. The two were quickly separated and the situation was calmed down. Schmidt was cited and released from the scene.

WARRANT–Destiny Ann Ohlemacher, 26, was arrested in the 2200 block of Highway 95 on Jan. 5 on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE–Juan Carlos Iniguez Delgado, 41, was arrested on Jan. 5 in the area of Highway 95 and Long Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence and failure to control to avoid an accident. Police and medical responded to the area for a single vehicle rollover. Delgado, who was the sole passenger in the vehicle, was evaluated on scene by Bullhead City Fire Department and did not apparently suffer significant injuries in the crash. He was taken to police booking and later released.

TRESPASSING/WARRANTS–Joseph Anthony Oteri, 25, was arrested on Jan. 6 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of trespassing and warrants. Police responded to the location for a report of a person who had been previously trespassed twice from the property. Oteri was also arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and felony warrant for failure to appear.

RESISTING ARREST/WARRANT–Steven Antonio Martin, 40, was arrested on Jan. 6 in the 1600 block of Silver Creek Road on suspicion of resisting arrest and on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Martin reportedly became uncooperative with officers when told he was being placed under arrest for his warrant. Officers ultimately had to deploy their tasers. Martin was taken to the Mohave County jail.

PUBLIC CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL–John Morris Haer, 69, was arrested on Jan. 6 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of public consumption of alcohol. Haer was reportedly contacted by police sleeping outside Tokyo Gardens. He was cited and released from the scene.

WARRANT–Justin Cloud Fite, 28, was arrested on Jan. 7 in the area of Marina Boulevard and Highway 95 on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Fite was held for court.

DOG LICENSE REQUIREMENT–Nathaniel R. Cottrill, 38, was cited and released on Jan. 7 at Animal Care & Welfare office on suspicion of not having the required dog license.  

WARRANT–Christopher Michael Welch, 36, was arrested on Jan. 7 in the 600 block of Marina Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant for a failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANTS–Jeffrey David French, 54, and James Daniel French, 59, were arrested on Jan. 8 in the 1600 block of Ash Avenue on outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Jeffrey French had a warrant for drug paraphernalia and James French had a warrant for failure to appear. Both were held for court.
