BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
SUSPENDED LICENSE—Staci Lynn Quick, 47, was arrested on Oct. 11 in the area of Long Ave and Gem Street on suspicion of driving on a suspended license. Quick was cited and released from the scene with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Paul David Mandell, 55, was arrested on Oct. 11 in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and criminal damage per domestic violence. The suspect’s roommate reported that Mandell was reportedly acting very disorderly and was breaking items that were not his. Mandell was held for court.
SHOPLIFTING—A female juvenile was arrested on Oct. 11 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of shoplifting. The juvenile reportedly stole items from Safeway. She was later released to her mother and a referral was forwarded to juvenile probation.
WARRANT—Nicholas James Lane, 29, was arrested on Oct. 11 in the 2600 block of Highway 95 on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear issued out of the Bullhead City Justice court. Lane was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Steven Lee Gadd, 27, was arrested on Oct. 11 at the intersection of River Gardens Drive and Hancock Road on three felony warrants for failure to appear. Gadd was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Brock Ryan Barnett, 28, was arrested on Oct. 11 in the 800 block of Gemstone on felony warrants for drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—James Gillum, 29, was arrested on Oct. 11 in the 1400 block of Terrace Drive on a warrant.
ANIMAL CRUELTY—Nicholas Alexander Saucedo, 18, was arrested on Oct. 11 in the 1000 block of Baseline Road on suspicion of animal cruelty of a mixed breed Jack Russell Terrier/ Chihuahua. Saucedo was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Antonio Enrique Flores, 20, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the 2200 block of Hermosa Drive on a felony warrant issued by the US Marshals Office.
CRIMINAL TRESPASSING/DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA—Helena Ivy Walker, 27, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the 2600 block of Country Club Drive on suspicion of criminal trespassing, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Walker also had a misdemeanor warrant for her arrest. He was taken to the Bullhead City Police Department and held for court.
SHOPLIFTING—Manuel Ricardo Duvall Jr, 25, was arrested on Oct. 12 in the 2600 block of Country Club Drive on suspicion of shoplifting. Walmart reported that a male suspect—later identified as Duvall—had stolen a subwoofer, valued at $29.97, and fled on foot from loss prevention. Police contacted him on Country Club Drive. He was cited and released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
SHOPLIFTING—Brandon John Slay, 24, was arrested on Oct. 13 at Kohl’s on suspicion of shoplifting. Loss prevention reported Slay had reportedly concealed three PS4 video games in his waistband and walked out without paying. Bullhead City Police contacted him as he was exiting the store. The stolen items, valued at $120.87, were recovered. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. Police made contact with Nichole Jean Wingrove, 24, who was reportedly with Slay at the time. Police report Wingrove was not shoplifting, but reportedly had marijuana in her possession. She was cited and released for possession of marijuana.
WARRANT—Travis Walker Bonnette, 31, was arrested on Oct. 13 in the 1700 block of Rollando Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Romero Jesse Ramirez Jr, 45, was arrested on Oct. 13 in the 2000 block of Swan Cove on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Matthew John Reichert, 28, was arrested on Oct. 13 near the intersection of Hancock Road and River Gardens Road on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license. Reichert was taken to the Mohave County jail.
SUSPENDED LICENSE—Robert Lee Borreson, 39, was arrested on Oct. 13 in the 1800 block of Diamond Drive. Police reportedly pulled over Borreson’s vehicle for not having a license plate. A passenger, identified as Nichole Marie Parsons, 34, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. A check of the vehicle reportedly uncovered a meth pipe and syringe. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Borreson was additionally charged for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released with a promise of to appear in court at a later date. Parsons was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ASSAULT—Mirna Elizabeth Frias Lopez, 34, was arrested on Oct. 13 in the 500 block of Harbor Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and assault per domestic violence. Lopez was reportedly involved in an argument with her boyfriend. The responding officers reportedly witnessed her hit him with her purse several times. Lopez was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/OPEN CONTAINER/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Joshua Marshall Dean, 39, was arrested on Oct. 14 on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, assault per domestic violence, possession of an open container inside a vehicle, driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. McKenzie Kymberly Dean, 19, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. A female victim reported that her boyfriend, Dean, had physically attacked her during an argument. McKenzie Dean—Joshua Dean’s daughter—was also reportedly disorderly during the argument between her dad and victim/his girlfriend. They both reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle. Police contacted them in the vehicle and where police allegedly discovered an open container of alcohol and a marijuana pipe in the vehicle. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Deborah Ann Riddell, 58, was arrested on Oct. 14 on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Riddell was reportedly intoxicated and became involved in an argument with her husband. She was reportedly yelling threats/cussing and pushed him over. Riddell was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA—Daniel Madero, 19, was arrested on Oct. 14 at the intersection of Highway 95 and Marble Canyon Drive on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Madero was taken to the Mohave County jail.
COURT COMMIT—Jose Diaz, 67, was arrested on Oct. 15 at the Bullhead City Municipal courtroom for a court commit. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Constance Louise Layton, 32, was arrested on Oct. 15 in the 1700 block of Yale Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Layton was reportedly acting disorderly/cursing and displaying erratic behavior in front of her mother. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
