BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
TRESPASSING—Amanda Leigh Gibson, 37, was arrested on Oct. 27 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of trespassing. Police say she had previously been trespassed from the Lodge on the River per management request on Oct. 19. Gibson was cited and released from the scene.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ASSAULT—Micah Kano Couture-Serion, 23, was arrested on Oct. 27 in the 2700 block of Desert Foothills Boulevard on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and assault per domestic violence. It was reported that Couture-Serion got into an argument with his pregnant, live-in girlfriend. The argument reportedly escalated and he hit the victim multiple times and pushed her to the ground, causing injury to her arm. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Christina Michelle Delacruz, 38, was arrested on Oct. 27 in the 700 block of Sea Spray Drive on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
FRAUDULENT SCHEMES—Christopher Clinton Faehn, 27, was arrested on Oct. 27 in the 2200 block of Shadow Canyon Drive on suspicion of fraudulent schemes. Police say on Oct. 18 police responded to Walmart for a report of shoplifting. Loss prevention reported seeing a suspect—later identified as Faehn—put two packages of dog food and one package of cat litter in a cart. He then went to the customer service counter and returned the unpaid items. He had a receipt for the dog food and he was given a cash refund for $24.32. He did not have a receipt for the other items, but was issued a Walmart gift card in the amount of $28.42. Officers attempted to locate Faehn, but were unable to find him. On Oct. 27, Faehn was located by police in the area of Shadow Canyon Drive. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Joseph Patrick Sheble Jr., 25, was arrested on Oct. 27 on a warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE—Justin Paul Ashley, 33, was cited and released on Oct. 27 at the intersection of Marina Boulevard and Highway 95 on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license.
SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE—John Paul Cunningham, 36, was cited and released on Oct. 27 at Marina Boulevard and Oliver Street on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license.
SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE—Kyle Marie Zblewski, 20, was cited and released on Oct. 27 in the area of Goldfish Road and Black Mountain Road on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON/WARRANT—Dakota Lee Overlin, 31, was arrested on Oct. 27 in the 2600 block of Country Club Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon per domestic violence and endangerment per domestic violence. Police report states Overlin reportedly got into an argument with his wife and discharged a firearm “as a warning shot”. Overlin later stated the weapon was discharged accidentally. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
ALCOHOL TO MINORS—Brandee Lea Felix, 46, and her husband, Alejandro Enriquez Villa, 48, were arrested on Oct. 28 in the 600 block of Oak Avenue on suspicion of furnishing alcohol to minors. Police were called to the residence for a noise complaint involving minors. In plain sight, officers reportedly saw beer cans everywhere and a beer pong table set up. Officers also noticed a 16-year-old male throwing up in the sink. Police contacted the homeowners, Felix and Villa. Police cited and released Felix at the scene. Villa was also arrested on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings due to an active protection order that restricts him from being at the residence or having contact with his wife. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Nelly Marrisa Angulo Blanco, 38, was arrested on Oct. 28 in the 1700 block of Talc Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police responded to the residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Police say prior to the call, the same two people were contacted at the Bullhead City Police Department for a verbal domestic disturbance report. They agreed to separate themselves. Blanco reportedly continued to be disorderly and throw the victim’s personal belongings outside the residence. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Thomas Linton Thompson, 31, was arrested on Oct. 28 in the 1400 block of Orilla Lane on a warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
SUSPENDED DRIVER’S LICENSE—James G. Eldredge, 39, was cited and released on Oct. 28 near milepost five on the Bullhead Parkway on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license following a traffic stop.
WARRANT—Christopher Ryan Hoyt, 30, was arrested on Oct. 28 in the 1800 block of Wendell Avenue on a felony warrant for vehicle theft and misdemeanor warrants for false reporting and failure to appear. Cheryl Jane Knier, 24, was arrested on Oct. 28 at the same location on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail.
