BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

WARRANT—Nikkole Ashleigh Spurgeon, 29, was arrested on Oct. 4 in the 1700 block of Tejon Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was held for court.

WARRANT—Kyle Christopher Michael King Smith, 24, was arrested on Oct. 4 in the 1300 block of Ramar Bay on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman. 

WARRANT—Jeffrey Lowell Johnson, 49, was arrested on Oct. 4 in the 1000 block of Papago Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.  

DRUGS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Nicholas Ray Jr., 32, was arrested on Oct. 4 in the area of Marina Boulevard and Hualapai Drive on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police state that during a search of Ray he reportedly had some meth in his wallet, along with a homemade pipe made out of a straw with meth residue in his pocket. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

TRESPASSING—Charles James Holland, 42, was cited and released on Oct. 6 in the 700 block of Marina Drive on suspicion of trespassing. Police responded to a call of suspicious activity/someone digging through the dumpster and made contact with Holland when they arrived on the scene. Holland had recently been trespassed from this location  

TRESPASSING/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Sean Oliver Regan, 46, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the 600 block of Mimosa Trial on suspicion of trespassing and disorderly conduct. Regan told police that he reportedly got into an argument with a man who was beating his dog. The man/victim reported his two dogs got into a fight and he sprayed them with water and then hit them to break up the dog fight and stop hurting each other. The victim reported after he separated his dogs, Regan and another person started confronting him. He told them to leave his property but they refused. The victim reported at one point, Regan got his shot gun out (but didn’t point it at anyone). Regan was reportedly threatening /yelling profanities. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/INFERENCE COURT PROCEEDING—Karen Gayle Cardoza, 61, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the 1700 block of Trane Road on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Cardoza reportedly showed up at the victim’s (ex-boyfriend) residence, which is a protected address on the order of protection against her. She was reportedly yelling while outside and banging on the window. She left the scene prior to police arriving. Cardoza was later arrested off Trane Road. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.  

WARRANT—Nancy Janet Zune, 27, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the 300 block of Santa Maria Road on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.   

TRESPASSING—Thomas Dean Harne, 60, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the 1100 block of Highway 95 (Fastrip) for trespassing. He had previously been trespassed from the business. 

WARRANT—Steven Nolan West, 39, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the 1900 block of Merced Drive on a felony warrant out of Las Vegas Metro for fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.  

TRESPASSING—Don Earl Kelso, 25, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the 1400 block of Colina Drive on suspicion of trespassing. The reporting party told police that a male was sleeping in a truck parked on her property. The victims did not know who the male was. He was to the Mohave County jail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—William Lavern Swartz, 56, was arrested on Oct. 7 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of disorderly conduct. It was reported that Swartz was using loud and offensive language toward customers and employees. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

KINGMAN POLICE DEPARTMENT:

DANGEROUS DRUGS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Kathrine Louise Toth, 58, was arrested on Oct. 5 in the 1800 block of Airfield Ave on suspicion of felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Toth was arrested after police responded to the Mohave County Parole Office in reference to drug paraphernalia found in a vehicle that a parolee had been a passenger in. The female who had been driving the vehicle was identified as Toth.  She was reportedly found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both was taken to the Mohave County jail.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE/RESISTING ARREST/DRUGS—Jesse Michael Yamaguchi, 33 of Kingman, was arrested on Oct. 6 in the 600 block of Court Street on suspicion of felony criminal damage per domestic violence, resisting arrest per domestic violence, possession of drug paraphernalia; and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Yamaguchi was arrested after police responded to a physical domestic disturbance in the 600 block of East Beale Street Upon arrival officers contacted two female victims outside of the residence who identified Yamaguchi as the suspect. Officers found Yamaguchi attempting to flee from law enforcement through a window, but he barricaded himself in the residence. Police attempted to gain compliance through the use of negotiations and pepper spray, however, they were ineffective. Yamaguchi broke through the ceiling into the attic of the residence and through the attic vent where he then ran across roof tops of several residences. Yamaguchi failed to comply with officer’s commands and officers deployed pepper balls striking Yamaguchi.  Yamaguchi jumped off the roof and continued to run on foot. After a short foot pursuit, Yamaguchi was taken into custody at a residence in the 600 block of Court Street. Medical personnel treated Yamaguchi for minor injuries received during the incident. Yamaguchi was subsequently taken to the Mohave County jail.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE/UNLAWFUL TRANSPORTATION—Jonathan Kirsh-Randa Robinson, 33 of Sacramento, Calif., was arrested on Oct. 6 in the 200 block of East Beale Street on suspicion of unlawful means of transportation and on a warrant for fugitive from justice. Robinson was arrested after police responded to a call of a disorderly female at a business in the 200 block of E. Beale Street. As police contacted the female, Robinson came out of the store and yelled at the officers.  Robinson, who was acquainted with the female and had been traveling together, was found to be driving a stolen vehicle out of Sacramento, Calif.  Subsequently, Robinson was taken into custody, and found to have a felony Failure to Appear warrant issued out of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Robinson was taken the Mohave County jail. The 26-year-old female from California, who was unable to answer the officer’s questions, was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center for a medical evaluation.
