BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
WARRANT—Ryan Michael Brannen, 27, was arrested on Oct. 8 in the 2200 block of Trane Road on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
TRESPASSING—A 13-year-old and 17-year-old were cited and released on Oct. 8 in the 1100 block of Jocabima Drive on suspicion of trespassing. Police responded to the residence after it was reported two juveniles entered through a kitchen window. The residence belonged to one of the boys’ grandfather, but they did not have permission to be in the home. Both were cited and released to a parent with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
WARRANT—Jose Luis Leyva, 45, was arrested on Oct. 8 in the 800 block of Glen Drive on a felony parole violation warrant issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Rocky Wayne McCard, 25, was arrested on Oct. 8 on a felony warrant for failure to appear out of Mohave County Superior Court. McCard reportedly turned himself in to the Bullhead City police. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA—Peter Michael McCluney II, 31, was arrested on Oct. 9 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of possession of marijuana. Police were called to the vicinity for a report of his erratic behavior. McCluney reportedly had about three grams of marijuana in his pockets. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Richard Russell Coad, 57, was arrested on Oct. 9 in the 1900 block of Highway 95 on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Aliyah Lea Bayliss, 37, was arrested on Oct. 9 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of disorderly conduct. It was reported that a female, Bayliss, was yelling/screaming, taking her shorts off and throwing rocks. She reportedly told police she was upset with her boyfriend. Bayliss was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Stephen Lee Martin, 58, was arrested on Oct. 10 in the 600 block of Highway 95 on a felony warrant issued out of the Bullhead City Justice Court for theft of means of transportation and a misdemeanor warrant issued out of the Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to appear. Martin was taken to the Mohave County jail.
