BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

ASSAULT—William Mark Hoppe, 64, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the 700 block of Holly Street on suspicion of assault. A man reported that his neighbor, Hoppe, was feeding his dogs with dog treats. Hoppe told police that the victim was reportedly “rude” so he threw a dog treat at the him, hitting him in the chest. The victim desired prosecution. Hoppe was cited and released for assault.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Stacy Lee Reed, 56, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the area of Clearwater Drive and Marina Boulevard on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. A female victim reported that Reed allegedly assaulted her physically, causing injury to her face. Reed was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SHOPLIFTING—Dana Lee Hill, 44, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the 1700 block of Lakeside Drive on suspicion of shoplifting. Hill reportedly concealed merchandise in her purse and exited the store without paying. The total cost of items were $18.68. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

SHOPLIFTING—Daniel Lee Williams Jr, 33, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the 3600 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of shoplifting. Williams allegedly removed items from Kohl’s without paying and ran from the store. Police found him behind Ross and recovered the stolen merchandise which was worth $177.47. Williams was later released from police custody.

SHOPLIFTING—Mark Thomas Koeing, 58, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the 2800 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of shoplifting. Loss prevention at Walmart stopped Koeing for allegedly having unpaid items in his cart and attempted to exit the store with merchandise worth $129 dollars. He was later released from police custody.

DANGEROUS DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA—Nathaniel Angel Ealy, 24, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of possession dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for theft. Ealy was contacted on a suspicious person call and while being placed into custody on the warrant, police found about .7 grams of meth and syringes in his pocket. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SPEED—Johan Javier Villalobos, 18, was cited and released on Nov. 24 on Bullhead Parkway on suspicion of speeding. Police pulled Villalobos over for traveling about 80 miles per hour along the Parkway.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Eric Lee Richardson, 47, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the 1600 block of Goldrush Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence, assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct. It was reported that Richardson reportedly got into a verbal argument with his wife, yelling profanities and also assaulting her. Richardson faces a second charge of disorderly conduct after a neighbor reported they were disturbed by the altercation. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Christopher Forrest Ralph, 32, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the area of Marina Boulevard and Clearwater Drive on a warrant issued out of Kingman courts. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Kimberly Christine Meza, 28, was arrested on Nov. 25 in the 1700 block of Colorado Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Meza reportedly got into an altercation with her girlfriend. She was booked into the Mohave County jail.

ARMED ROBBERY/AGGRAVATED ASSAULT—-Misty Anne Dyer, 32, was arrested on Nov. 25 in the 400 block of Glen Drive on suspicion of armed robbery, aggravated assault and misconduct involving weapons during the commission of a felony. Police responded to the Glen Drive residence where a male victim reported a female, Dyer, had robbed him at gunpoint. Dyer allegedly was over at the victim’s home, took his loaded weapon, pointed it at the victim and demanded money. She fled the scene with $100 and the victim’s gun prior to police arriving. She was later found a few blocks away from the victim’s home. Dyer was taken to the Mohave County jail.

SHOPLIFTING—Justin James Davy, 25, was arrested in the 3600 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of shoplifting and on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Davy reportedly stole Bluetooth earbuds valued at $159 from Target. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Michael Charles Foster, 69, was arrested on Nov. 25 in the 1600 block of Highway 95 on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Sheeri Ann Sutton, 42, was arrested on Nov. 25 in the 1900 block of Montclair Drive on suspicion of aggravated assault per domestic violence, disorderly conduct per domestic violence and on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. It was reported that Sutton reportedly got into an argument with a 14-year-old female and punched her in the face. Sutton was taken to the Mohave County jail.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Daniel David Kater, 32, was arrested on Nov. 26 in the 3400 block of Sunbonnet Drive on suspicion of criminal damage per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. It was reported that Kater was yelling, acting irate for unknown reasons and pulled down blinds, damaged walls and knocked over furniture, etc. Kater was released to the hospital for medical reasons.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Kyle Ray Lightfoot, 19, and a 16-year-old female were arrested on Nov. 26 in the 600 block of Terrace Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. It was reported that the couple got into an argument, shouting loudly at each other. Kyle was held for court and the teen girl was released to a family member.
