FAILURE TO REGISTER SEX OFFENDER–Steven Ray Vaughn, 55, was arrested on Dec. 14 on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender. Police say Vaughn did not update his living address within 72 hours as required by law.  He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE–Cory James Hope, 24, was arrested on Dec. 15 near Desert Foothills Boulevard on suspicion of driving under the influence, extreme driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content above 20 percent and criminal damage. Hope allegedly was behind the the wheel of his vehicle when he allegedly lost control and ended in the dirt area off the roadway near Desert Foothills. The accident damaged a traffic sign. He was later released from the police station.

WARRANT–Julie Joanne Nelson, 46, was arrested on Dec. 15 in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on a misdemeanor warrant out of Lake Havasu City Court for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE/RESISTING ARREST–Charles James Holland, 42, was arrested on Dec. 15 in the 500 block of Marina Boulevard on suspicion of criminal damage and resisting arrest. Police were called for a criminal damage report in the 2000 block of Plaza Drive where the suspect had reportedly ripped off tail lights from a trailer. Holland was contacted by police at a home off Marina Boulevard where he was reportedly uncooperative and struggled with police during arrest. Holland was taken to the Mohave County jail.

TRESPASSING/SHOPLIFTING–James Michael Kerschner, 54, was arrested on Dec. 15 in the 400 block of Hancock Road on suspicion of trespassing and shoplifting. Kerschner had reportedly entered the store and removed items without paying for them. Police say her had been previously trespassed for stealing. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT–Trevor Andrew Miller Van Dyke, 27, was arrested on Dec. 15 in the 400 block of Moser Avenue on suspicion of  assault per domestic violence and two counts of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Van Dyke reportedly was under the influence when he got into an argument with several family members. Police state he used foul language towards his mother and engaged in a physical fight with his step-father and another male. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Jonathan Andrew Fernandez, 28, was arrested on Dec. 15 in the 1500 block of Paige Drive on a pre-adjudication warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA–Charles Wayne Milligan, 49, was arrested on Dec. 15 at the intersection of Marina Boulevard and Commercial Way on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Milligan, who was riding his bicycle, was contacted by police during a traffic stop and was reportedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released from the scene.

LEAVING THE SCENE ACCIDENT–Mitchell James Harrison, 57, was arrested on Dec. 15 in the area of Highway 68 and McCormick Road on suspicion of leaving the scene of a non-injury accident, failure to control to avoid an accident, failure to drive on the right side of the road and no proof of insurance. Police were called to the area for a reported accident. The vehicle involved reportedly fled east on McCormick where officers later located the vehicle and Harrison. He was cited and released from the scene.

POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS–Fred Timothy King, 58, was arrested on Dec. 15 near the intersection of Highway 95 and Sterling Road on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. King was contacted on a traffic stop and found to be in possession of a useable amount of meth and a pipe. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

THEFT–Daniel Dean Bowersox, 35, was arrested on Dec. 15 at the intersection of Vader Lane and Marina Boulevard on suspicion of theft. Police conducted a traffic stop on Bowersox for having no reflector on his bike, which reportedly turned out to be stolen. He was released from the scene.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT–Gregory Anthony Baca, 52, was arrested on Dec. 16 in the 1000 block of Zircon Avenue on suspicion of assault per domestic violence, disorderly conduct per domestic violence, and criminal damage per domestic violence. Police were called for a domestic incident at a home off Zircon where Baca reportedly was angered and broke items in the home, such as his daughter Ukulele. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

RESISTING ARREST/INTERFERENCE–Jade Erin Virgin, 26, was arrested on Dec. 17 in the 2400 block of Decker Road on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings and resisting arrest. Virgin reportedly went to a protected address listed on an order of protection against him. He fought and resisted police when he was placed into custody. Virgin was taken to the Mohave County jail.

LEAVING THE SCENE ACCIDENT-Marek Kochan, 46, was cited and released on Dec. 18 on suspicion of leaving the scene of a non-injury accident. On Dec. 15 police were called to a motorcycle versus vehicle around 3:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Highway 95. The motorcyclist, identified as Kochan, reportedly fled from the scene. He was later contacted and cited.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT–John Patrick Floyd, 31, was arrested in the 2400 block of Silver Creek Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Hospital staff at WARMC reported Floyd was yelling profanities, kicking and threatening to kill and injury people. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

SHOPLIFTING–Eric Thomas Patterson, 29, was arrested on Dec. 18 in the 1700 block of Lakeside Drive on suspicion of shoplifting. Employees reported to police that Patterson had been caught reportedly stealing several containers of Tide Pods. He was cited and released.

WARRANTS–Gabriel Abraham Deutsch, 41, and Kristen Nicole Glenn, 31, were arrested on Dec. 18 in the area of Highway 95 and Laughlin Ranch Boulevard on misdemeanor warrants. Police contacted them on the roadway as their vehicle had broken down and a records check showed Deutsch had a warrant for failure to pay fines and Glenn had a warrant for failure to appear. They were taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–David Patrick Kennedy, 49, was arrested on Dec. 19 in the 1900 block of Sea Breeze Lane on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANTS–John A. Jarvis, 39, was arrested on Dec. 19 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on multiple misdemeanor warrants. Police initially made contact with Jarvis during a suspicious activity call. A records check showed he has three active warrants issued out of Kingman for failure to pay fines, criminal damage and failure to appear. Jarvis was taken to the Mohave County jail.

INTERFERENCE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS–Katina Lynn Maxwell, 35, was arrested on Dec. 19 in the 2000 block of Del Rey Drive on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings by violating an order of protection. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
