WARRANT–Codi Michelle Duncan, 25, and Cheyenne Rochelle Garber, 25, were arrested on Dec. 20 in the 2500 block of Miracle Mile Road on misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

LEAVING SCHOOL GROUNDS--A 12-year-old male was arrested on Dec. 12 in the 1000 block of Hancock Road on suspicion of leaving school grounds without permission. Officers were called to the Bullhead City Middle School for two students who left the campus without permission. One of the juveniles returned back to school, while the other male juvenile was cited and released to his mother.

WARRANT–Patrick Michael Oshea, 51, was arrested on Dec. 20 in the 1700 block of Clearwater Drive on a misdemeanor warrant. Police made contact with Oshea after seeing him cross the street. A records check showed he had a warrant issued out of Bullhead City Municipal court for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC ROAD–Mitchell Lee Christensen, 41, was arrested on Dec. 20 in the 600 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of obstructing a public thoroughfare. Police arrived on scene and reportedly observed him blocking traffic and throwing items into the street.  

FALSE REPORTING/WARRANT–William David Jaimes, 32, was arrested on Dec. 20 in the 500 block of Ramar Road on suspicion of false reporting to law enforcement and a misdemeanor warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Joseph Martin Matillo, 59, was arrested on Dec. 21 on a misdemeanor warrant out of the Kingman City Court for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Marco Antonio Arauz, 38, was arrested on Dec. 21 near the intersection of Silver Creek Road and Goldrush Road on a misdemeanor warrant. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for reportedly not having a registration tag. A records checked showed he had a warrant out of Mohave County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear. Arauz was issued a citation on suspicion of having no current registration and no proof of insurance. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

POSSESSION DANGEROUS DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA–Gabrielle Marrie Frye, 25, was arrested on Dec. 23 in the 3500 block of North Lane, on suspicion of possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also arrested was Cory Edward Cummings, 20, on suspicion of possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Officers made contact with Frye and Cummings after responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT/RESIST ARREST–Anthony George Lockwood, 39, was arrested on Dec. 24 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers responded to the area for a call of an assault. Lockwood allegedly fled the scene prior to police arriving. However, he was identified as the suspect by video and later located. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.  

WARRANT–Jennifer Leigh Smith, 33, was arrested on Dec. 25 in the 600 block of Palo Verde Drive on a misdemeanor warrant out of the Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.  

CRIMINAL DAMAGE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT–Lee Mitchell Christensen, 41, was arrested on Dec. 25 in the 600 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of criminal damage and disorderly conduct. Officers responded to Chili’s for a report of a male subject throwing items at vehicles.  Christensen was contacted and taken to the Mohave County jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE–Lacey Lynn Davis, 37, was arrested on Dec. 25 in the 1800 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of driving under the influence to the slightest; DUI .08 percent or higher; DUI .15 percent or higher; and DUI .20 percent or higher. Davis was booked, cited and released with a court date. Davis’ vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 30 days.

SHOPLIFTING/WARRANT–Amanda Leigh Gibson, 37, was arrested on Dec. 25 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of shoplifting. She also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear issued out of the Bullhead City Municipal Court. Gibson was taken to the Mohave County jail.
