TRESPASSING–Charles James Holland, 42, was arrested on Dec. 27 in the 2000 block of Swan Cove on suspicion of trespassing. Holland was reportedly inside a residence that had been deemed unsafe to occupy and had been red tagged. He claimed that he had permission to be at the residence, but could not provide the homeowner’s name. Holland was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT–Kenneth Bryce Christian Medrano, 30, was arrested on Dec. 27  in the area of Lakeside Drive and Papago on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Christopher Clinton Faehn, 27, was arrested on Dec. 27 in the 1400 block of Summit Drive on a warrant issued out of Kingman. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/ASSAULT–Tracey James Hilliker, 41, was arrested on Dec. 27 in the 2200 block of Ventura Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and assault per domestic violence. Police responded to the Ventura Drive residence on Dec. 26 after a victim reported being assaulted by Hilliker during an argument about their home being a mess, which allegedly turned physical. Police made contact with Hilliker and a records check showed he had a warrant issued out of Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. He will also face additional charges of domestic violence and assault per domestic violence.

NARCOTIC DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA–Britt Garret Wren, 46, was arrested on Dec. 27 in the 2400 block of Sundown Circle on suspicion of possessing narcotic drugs and paraphernalia. Police responded to the location to trespass Wren from the residence. While Wren was gathering his possessions, drugs and paraphernalia were discovered. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Edna Elizabeth Montoya, 57, was arrested on Dec. 27 in the 1500 block fo Sierra Vista on an outstanding warrant from New Mexico for failure to appear. Police responded to a call of domestic violence, however the report was unfounded. A records check showed Montoya had the outstanding warrant. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Jonathan Robert Smith, 39, was arrested on Dec. 28 in the 1500 block of Monte Vista Drive on a misdemeanor warrant out of Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to appear. Police were called to the residence for a domestic violence, but no evidence was found to support it. A records check showed Smith had an outstanding warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Nicole Diana Napora, 40, was arrested on Dec. 28 in the 2000 block of Gregg Lane on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay out of Maricopa County. Officers made contact with Napora at the request of another agency. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA–John Patrick Floyd, 31, was arrested on Dec. 31 in the area of Lee Avenue and Suddenlink Way on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police made contact with Floyd and a search reportedly uncovered drug paraphernalia on his person. He was cited and released from the scene.

WARRANT–Samantha Jo Barry, 33, was arrested on Dec. 31 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.  

INTERFERING WITH JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS/DISORDERLY CONDUCT–James Lee Thomas Jr., 61, was arrested on Dec. 31 in the 2900 block of Silver Creek Road on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. A female victim reported her ex-husband, Thomas, was yelling profanities outside her home. She has an order of protection against him. He also reportedly called her house phone, which is prohibited. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT–Lester Daniel Jones, 37, and Noreen Annette Edington, 49, were arrested on Dec. 31 in the 1700 block of El Monte Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. It was reported the couple was drinking and got into an altercation. They also both assaulted each other, by reportedly biting one another. They were taken to the Mohave County jail.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT–Manuel Refugio Montes, 24, was arrested on Jan. 1 in the 1700 block of Arriba Drive on suspicion of criminal damage and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police were called to the apartment for a domestic violence report. Police made contact with Montes, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. It was reported he had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend, cussing/screaming at her. He also reportedly punched a hole in the door. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT–Amber Dawne Fagundes, 32, was arrested on Jan. 2 in the 300 block of Rio Grande Way on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
