BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
SPEEDING—Toki Hehea Maliatatima, 23, was cited and released on April 18 on suspicion of speeding after an officer on patrol reportedly noticed a vehicle accelerating on Trane Road past Ken Fovarge Park at about 50+ mph in a 25 mph zone.
INTERFERENCE—James Brady Denham, 24, was arrested on April 18 in the 1800 block of Coral Reef Drive on suspicion of interfering with a judicial procedure per domestic violence. Denham was reportedly at an address on Coral Reef Drive that is protected in the court order. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
ASSAULT—Christopher John Scialdone, 44, was cited and released on April 18 in the 2000 block of Colorado Boulevard on suspicion of assault. Police responded to the police department lobby for a report of a road rage incident. A male reported he was driving on Surf Spray/Riviera Boulevard when another male in a vehicle started following him. The reporting party said the subject went through the intersection because the other vehicle had its turn signal on and thought he was turning, almost causing an accident. When the vehicle stopped, the man got out of his car, asked him what his problem was and then reportedly punched him in the face. The victim got a license plate off the suspect’s vehicle. Police contacted the suspect—later identified as Scialdone—and cited and released him for assault.
LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
LIQUOR IN PUBLIC/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Joseph Albert Charlebois, 50, was arrested on April 18 in the 1300 block of McCulloch Boulevard on suspicion of consuming liquor in public and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charlebois was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Sandra Reiners, 74, was arrested April 19 in the 1000 block of McCulloch Boulevard on suspicion of DUI-liquor/drugs/vapors/combo. Reiner was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
FAILURE TO COMPLY—Timmy Feliz, 45, was arrested April 19 in the vicinity of Pima Drive North and Acoma Boulevard North on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to comply. Feliz was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
KINGMAN POLICE DEPARTMENT:
SHOPLIFTING/DANGEROUS DRUGS—John R. Tunstead, 35, of Kingman, was arrested on April 18 in the 3300 block of East Andy Devine on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies; and shoplifting, a misdemeanor. Officers responded to a shoplifting call at a store where it was reported that Tunstead had attempted to steal an energy drink. When confronted by store employees, Tunstead reportedly consumed the drink and left the store on foot. Officers located Tunstead a short distance away and took him into custody. Officers reportedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on him. Tunstead reportedly admitted involvement to the offenses and was subsequently taken to the Mohave County jail.
