BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

TRESPASSING—Destiny Rose Russell, 24, was arrested Wednesday in the 1300 block of Lincoln Lane on suspicion of trespassing, criminal damage, disorderly conduct and threatening/intimidating. Police report that a female victim told officers she had reportedly invited Russell over to her house, but when she was asked to leave she reportedly became angry and disruptive. Russell allegedly kicked in the blinds, breaking them, damaging a window with a broom and a shed. Russell was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SUSPENDED LICENSE/REGISTRATION—Steven Nolan West, 39, was cited and released Wednesday in the 2400 block of Lakeside Drive on suspicion of a suspended driver’s license, no proper endorsement and no current registration. Police conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle that reportedly did not have a license plate on display. A records check showed West had a suspended driver’s license. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Shannon Jean Dupray, 50, was arrested Wednesday in the 900 block of Harbor Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct and aggravated assault on a peace officer. Police say a male victim reported Dupray was reportedly at his house causing a disturbance for a second time that day. Dupray reportedly became belligerent and uncooperative—allegedly kicking an officer—when being placed under arrest. Dupray was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE—Ronald Aaron Edward Flores, 21, and Chloe Raylor Chastain, 22, were arrested Thursday in the 1700 block of Central Avenue on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police were called to the couple’s apartment after it was reported they were allegedly arguing and waking up neighbors. Police state Flores and Chastain reported physically fighting with one another. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Jonah Anthony Chiarle, 20, was arrested Wednesday in the 2700 block of Jamaica Boulevard South on suspicion of DUI-liquor/drugs/vapors/combo. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Brian Hallahan, 45, was arrested Wednesday in the 2200 block of Swanson Avenue/Acoma Boulevard South on suspicion of failure to comply. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

THEFT—Raul Alberto Bon, 21, was arrested Thursday in the 2000 block of Commander Drive on suspicion of theft-control lost property. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
