BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Jazmine Sara Elizabeth Mitchell, 21, was cited and released Friday in the 2800 block of Desert Greens Drive on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia. Police made contact with Mitchell during a reported suspicious activity complaint.

COURT COMMIT—Able Sanchez, 59, was arrested Friday on court commit order per a Bullhead City Municipal Court judge. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Nathaniel Richard Van Cleve, 29, was arrested Friday in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police report Van Cleve allegedly got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend, resulting in visible injuries. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—George Richard Farr, 57, was arrested Saturday at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center on suspicion of disorderly conduct. Police report Farr was allegedly yelling profanities to hospital staff while undergoing treatment. When police made contact with Farr, he was reportedly being uncooperative. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

TRESPASSING/FALSE REPORTING—Holly Ann Young, 54, was arrested Saturday at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center on suspicion of trespassing and false reporting in an emergency response. Police state Young was refusing to leave the hospital after being discharged by the hospital. When officers arrived, she reportedly continued to be uncooperative and pulled the hospital fire alarm. Young was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

OBSTRUCTING A HIGHWAY—Anita White, 44, was arrested Saturday in the area of Sea Spray Drive and Diamond Drive on suspicion of obstructing a highway. Police state White had reportedly been walking recklessly in the middle of the road, causing cars to serve around her. She had reportedly already been warned about the offense prior to her arrest. She was subsequently taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ORDER VIOLATION—Alejando Cortez Urquiza, 37, was arrested Saturday in the 1300 block of Willow Lane on suspicion of violating an order of protection. Police state Urquiza violated the order by being at the residence, which is protected. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT—Christopher Louis Fredriksen, 26, was arrested Saturday in the 1300 block of Ramar Bay on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Brandon Scott Macdonald, 32, and Karla Paola Rincon, 30, were both arrested Saturday in the 2100 block of Trinidad Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. The couple reportedly got into a physical altercation and assaulted on another. Both were taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SUSPENDED LICENSE—Katie Lynn Lee, 32, was cited and released Saturday in the 600 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license and having no valid proof of insurance.

FAILURE TO REGISTER—Tamara Lee Martin, 41, was arrested Sunday in the 600 block of Silver Lane on suspicion of a no valid identification/registration violation and failure to notify change of address as a registered sex offender. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Calvin Russell Peters, 52, was arrested Monday in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and assault per domestic violence. Peters reportedly got into an argument with his girlfriend, which turned physical. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Douglas Ray Glover, 29, was arrested Monday on suspicion of two counts of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and two counts of assault per domestic violence. Glover reportedly got into an argument with two of his roommates. Police state Glover allegedly punched his 79-year-old roommate several times, causing injury and than slapped his other roommate before spitting in his face. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

MOHAVE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE:

BURGLARY—Ray Patrick Neville, 43, of Peoria, was arrested Saturday in the 4300 block of Opal Road on suspicion of felony burglary in the 1st-degree. Neville was reportedly outside the back of a residence with a knife when confronted by the homeowners. The homeowners held Neville at gunpoint until deputies arrived on scene. Neville told deputies that his vehicle reportedly became stuck in the desert near the property and when he came back to retrieve it, the vehicle was gone. Neville claimed the homeowner’s removed it. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

THEFT/UNLAWFUL MEANS ON TRANSPORT—Paul Vincent Bowen, 48, was arrested Sunday in the area of Agua Fria for suspicion of theft/control of stolen property and unlawful means of transportation. Deputies reportedly noticed a Bowen riding a quad in the west direction on Agua Fria. Bowen reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and than stalled out about 50 feet later. Deputies made contact with Bowen and a records check showed Bowen to no have a driver’s license and further investigation determined the quad was reportedly stolen. Deputies reportedly noticed the quad’s ignition had been tampered with. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:

LICENSE SUSPENSION—Venessa Tee Marie Hughes, 29, was arrested Saturday in the 3400 block of Silver Arrow Drive on suspicion of driving without a license-suspended/revoked/cancelled. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ILLEGAL CAMPING—Lallo Joseph Kirk, 26, was arrested Saturday in the 1900 block of McCulloch Boulevard on suspicion of illegal camping in city limits. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

AGGRAVATED DUI—Randal Earnest Ashton, 66, was arrested Saturday in the 1600 block of McCulloch Boulevard North on suspicion of carrying a weapon in the commission of a felony crime, aggravated driving under the influence-interlock and consuming liquor in a vehicle. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Anthony Phillip Caracciolo, 22, was arrested Saturday in the 1000 block of McCulloch on suspicion of assault-intent/reckless/injure and disorderly conduct-fighting. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Noah Michael Reitz, 21, was arrested Saturday in the 1000 block of McCulloch on suspicion of assault-intent/reckless/injure and disorderly conduct-fighting. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT—Billy Gene Woods, 56, was arrested Saturday in the area of Highway 95 and Mulberry Avenue on warrants for non-payment of fines and failure to appear-2nd degree. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA—Craig Stanton Adams, 43, was arrested on Saturday in the 1000 block of Glen Eagles Drive on suspicion of drug paraphernalia-possess/use. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Gauge David Ogas, 18, was arrested Sunday in the 3200 block of Jamaica Boulevard South on suspicion of disorderly conduct-fighting. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DRUGS—Justin Tyrel Grady, 30, was arrested Sunday in the 2100 block of McCulloch Boulevard North on suspicion of marijuana-possess/use and on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear-2nd degree. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Alina Renee Luong, 21, was arrested Sunday in the 2100 block of McCulloch Boulevard North on suspicion of failure to comply. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FRAUD/DRUGS—Aleksander Tedford Matic, 34, was arrested Sunday in the 2800 block of Chenoweth Drive on suspicion of fraudulent schemes/artifices, drug paraphernalia-possess/use and driving with a suspended/revoked/cancelled license. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Justin Lee Ganyo, 34, was arrested Sunday in the 1500 block of Russell Drive on suspicion of failure to comply. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

EXTREME DUI—Kenney Robert Sikes, 30, was arrested Sunday in the 1800 block of Challenger Place on suspicion of driving under the influence-liquor/drugs/vapor/combo, DUI w/blood alcohol content .08 or more, extreme DUI w/BAC greater than .20; and liquor-possessing an open container in the vehicle. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

KINGMAN POLICE DEPARTMENT:

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE—Christopher Malcom, 53, was arrested Sunday in the 3400 block of Rose Wood Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor charges of domestic violence by threats, domestic violence by assault, domestic violence by disorderly conduct with firearms and two counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm. Malcom had reportedly fired a handgun and was threatening the occupants with the handgun. Officers arrived to find that Malcom had fled in a vehicle.  He was located about a mile away in the desert area and taken into custody. The investigation determined that Malcom reportedly had become upset at the victim and her husband and during an argument Malcom is alleged to have brandished a handgun and fired a single round into the air, before pointing the gun at the victim. Malcom, who was reportedly intoxicated, fled the scene in a vehicle, where he is alleged to have fired a second round into the air while in the desert area. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
