BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

SUSPENDED LICENSE—Michael Wayne Dial, 26, was cited and released on May 21 off Brill Drive on suspicion of driving on a suspended drivers license.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Addy Lucillie Beecher, 28, was arrested on May 21 in the 1700 block of Forest Drive on suspicion of criminal damage per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police were called to a residence on Forest Drive for a criminal damage report. A male victim reported getting into an argument with his girlfriend, identified as Beecher, where she reportedly broke out his vehicle windows. Beecher was taken to the Mohave County jail.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA-John Christopher Warner, 30, was cited and released on May 21 in the area of Coral Reef Drive and Montclair Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity near the intersection of Coral Reef Dr and Montclair Drive. Warner was contacted and later cited and released.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—David Joseph Mastrobuono, 49, was arrested on May 21 in the 2200 block of First Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police responded to First Street for report of a disorderly man. Mastrobuono had reportedly entered a mobile home park and had in his hand what residents believed was a Molotov cocktail. However, police state Mastrobuono never lit the “rag” on fire or threw it. When police contacted him, he reportedly had some marijuana in his possession. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Ryan Glen Holmes, 26, was arrested on May 21 in the 1900 block of Arcadia Court on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:

MISCONDUCT—Brandon David Hooker, 18, was arrested on May 21 in the 1400 block of McCulloch Boulevard North on suspicion of misconduct. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

LIQUOR CONSUMPTION—Vincent Dean Brown, 56, was arrested on May 21 in the 1400 block of Smoketree Avenue on suspicion of consuming liquor in public; glass container in city park; and inside a city park after hours. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

ASSAULT/THEFT—Rusty Jacob Randolph, 27, was arrested on May 21 in the 1400 block of Queens Bay on suspicion of assault-intent/reckless/injure; theft-obtain by misrepresentation and disorderly conduct-fighting. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Anthony Rupert Gonzales, 59, was arrested on May 21 in the 200 Saguaro Drive on suspicion of failure to comply with a court order and a probation violation. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

FAILURE TO COMPLY—Jeanette Marie Black, 42, was arrested on May 21 in the 200 block of Saguaro Drive on suspicion of failure to comply. She was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

THEFT/WARRANT—Austin R. Whitton, 18, was arrested on May 21 in the 100 block of Scott Drive and Swanson Avenue on suspicion of theft-means of transportation and a warrant for failure to appear on a written promise. He was taken to the Mohave County jail. 

WARRANT—Edmond Earl Osteen, 62, was arrested May 22 in the 3100 block of McCulloch Boulevard on a warrant for failure to appear in the second-degree.
