BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
DRUGS—A 15-year-old male was arrested May 8 at Bullhead City Junior High on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released to his parent.
WARRANT—Rosaleo Benjamin Lopez, 53, was arrested May 8 in the 1500 block of Sierra Vista on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was held for court.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/TRESPASSING—Monica Ybarra, 37, was arrested May 8 in the 1700 block of Lakeside Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct and trespassing. Ybarra was reportedly at Smith’s and yelling at store employees for a refund on avocados. When police arrived and tried to get her to leave, she reportedly became disorderly again and use profanity. At one point she reportedly blocked the entrance. Ybarra was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANTS—William Christopher Sherrill, 61, was arrested on May 8 at Walmart on two warrants for felony failure to appears issued out of Maricopa County. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Natasha Marie Kell, 29, was arrested May 8 in the 1400 block of Rio Vista Drive on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Kell’s live-in boyfriend reported she had assaulted him while being intoxicated. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Jade Erin Virgin, 25, was arrested May 9 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on a warrant for domestic violence. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
MOHAVE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE:
DRUGS/WEAPONS OFFENSE—Jay Randall Frogozo, 19, of Mission Hills, Calif., was arrested May 2 in Fort Mohave on suspicion of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a weapon in a drug offense. Deputies reportedly noticed a black SUV with expired tags and conducted a traffic stop. They made contact with the driver, identified as Frogozo. Deputies reportedly smelled a strong odor of marijuana and asked Frogozo if there were any weapons in the vehicle. Frogozo reportedly made a movement towards the seat and was immediately detained. A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a revolver style gun under the seat. Frogozo reportedly told deputies he was a prohibited possessor. A further search of the vehicle reportedly revealed two grams of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DRUGS/ WEAPONS OFFENSE—-James Dominick Maningoine, 54, of Kingman, was arrested May 2 in the 4300 block of Calvary Road on suspicion of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia possession, possession of a weapon by prohibited person and possession of a weapon in a drug offense. Deputies reportedly conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Maningoine. When asked if he had any weapons in the vehicle, Maningoine reportedly told deputies there was one on the seat. He also reportedly told them he was a prohibited possessor. A search of the vehicle revealed a revolver style gun on the seat, a rifle in the back seat, four grams of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
