BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:

WARRANT—Nicole Marie Ownbey, 39, was arrested on June 15 in the police lobby on an outstanding warrant for failure to comply with a court order. She was later released after seeing a judge.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Shaqunda Laphai Davis, 35, and David Alan Wolff, 54, were arrested on June 16 in the 2000 block of JoAnn Avenue on suspicion of disorderly conduct with a weapon per domestic violence. Police responded to the residence regarding a verbal argument between Davis and Wolff. They were both separated. A second incident reportedly involved both parties walking around their house with weapons in their hands. Police report both had reportedly fired weapons outside, not at each other or toward property. Davis and Wolff were taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

LITTERING—Gabriel Timothy Nader, 56, was cited and released on June 16 on Highway 95 on suspicion of littering. Police state Nader was seen riding his motorcycle on Highway 95 when he reportedly threw a cigarette to the ground. A traffic stop was conducted and he was cited with a future date to appear in court on the charges.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Alejandro Enriquez Villa, 47, was arrested on June 16 in the 600 block of Oak Avenue on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police responded to the residence after a female reported her husband had reportedly gotten angry at her started to become verbally aggressive. At one point the victim became fearful and locked herself and her children in the bathroom to reportedly get a way from Villa. Police made contact with Villa and subsequently was taken to the Mohave County jail.

POSSESSION MARIJUANA—Dean Martin Randall, 29, was arrested June 17 in the 1100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police were called to the area for suspicious activity. Officers made contact with Randall who was cited and released from the scene on the above charges.

ASSAULT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Frances Felicia Munoz-Chavez, 35, was arrested on June 17 in the 2300 block of Fifth Street on suspicion of assault, aggravated assault, criminal damage, and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay. Officers responded to the area of Fifth Street for a reportedly residential burglary. A victim reported he was watching television when he reportedly heard a female screaming outside of his home. When the victim opened to the door to investigation, Munoz-Chavez allegedly splashed some liquid at him and rushed at him with a knife in her hands. The victim shut the door on her, however, she reportedly broke the front window, cut the screen door and broke the front window. Munoz-Chavez reportedly fled the scene before police arrived. Police located Munoz-Chavez in the 100 block of Tedford Avenue where she was reportedly action erratic, Munoz-Chavez was arrested for assault, aggravated assault, criminal damage and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Christopher James Pfrimmer, 23, was arrested on June 19 in the 700 block of Baseline Road for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was held for court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT—Noel Gene Lesley Jr., 46, was arrested on June 19 in the 400 block of Santa Maria Road after he reportedly got into a verbal argument with his live-in girlfriend. Lesley reportedly threw a beer can at her during the argument. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.

WARRANT—Joel Diaz, 35, was arrested on June 19 in the area of Ramar Road and Tuquoise Road on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
