WARRANT—Ty James Wharton, 25, was arrested on June 23 in the 2100 block of Clearwater Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and for a warrant issued out of Bullhead City. Police went to a residence on Clearwater Drive to arrest a man on a felony warrant. The subject was not located, however, another male—identified as Wharton was contacted. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
WARRANT—Vicki Su McNally, 67, was arrested on June 23 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Brandon Scott Hillard, 32, was arrested on June 23 in the area of Hancock Road and Lakeside Drive on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
TRESPASSING—Jonathan Spencer Mitchell, 29, was arrested on June 23 at the Bullhead/Laughlin International Airport on suspicion of trespassing. Police were called to the airport for a trespassing complaint for a man who was on an active runway while a helicopter was taking off. Mitchell reportedly informed the officer he wanted to explore. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DRUGS/WARRANT—Brett Michael Deboer, 36, was arrested on June 23 at the intersection of Swan Drive and Hualapai Drive on suspicion of possession of possession of dangerous drugs and for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Police contacted Deboer on his bicycle that had no rear reflector. A records check showed he had a warrant out for failure to appear. A search of his persons reportedly uncovered a narcotic prescription-only pill was in his possession. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANTS—Cherice Noelle Cannon, 51, was arrested on June 23 for a misdemeanor warrant out of Bullhead City for failure to pay fines. Roselina Lopez Luna, 32, was arrested for a felony warrant for trafficking stolen property and burglary. Police were conducting extra patrol in the 200 block of Highway 95 and noticed several vehicles and campsites in plain sight. Police informed the individuals on camping within city limits violation, littering and park hours. The officers reported smelling a strong order of feces and observed trash everywhere when they arrived on scene. A records check showed two of the people at the scene had outstanding warrants. Cannon and Luna were taken to the Mohave County jail.
SHOPLIFTING/RESISTING ARREST—Helena Ivy Walker, 27, was arrested on June 24 at Target on suspicion of shoplifting, resisting arrest and two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Target reported Walker allegedly shoplifted several items. She was contacted in the parking lot of a neighboring business. She was uncooperative and briefly struggled with police. Walker reportedly had drugs in her system so she was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for treatment. The items reportedly stolen by Walker were returned to the business. She was later taken to the Mohave County jail.
