BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
THEFT—Dean Kennith Lewis, 46, was arrested on June 9 in the 1600 block of Rio Vista Drive on suspicion of theft-controls property of another. It was reportedly there was a disorderly male in the area and a resident reported having trouble with someone stealing water. The homeowner noticed a iced tea container under their hose. The resident reportedly turned off their water and took the container. The resident than apparently waited to see who came back for the container. Lewis reportedly came on the property and allegedly yelled at the homeowner when he was confronted. When contacted by police, Lewis reportedly told them he was filling up water so he could take a shower. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
BURGLARY/THEFT TRANSPORTATION—A 17-year-old male was arrested on June 10 in the 1900 block of Capistrano Lane on suspicion of burglary, theft of means of transportation, unlawful flight from police and possession of stolen property. Police were called to the 1900 block of Orca Lane for a report of suspicious activity. The owner of the home reported that a neighbor informed her that her vehicle was missing. A stolen vehicle report was taken and shortly after police reportedly saw the vehicle driving nearby. A traffic stop was attempted but the driver failed to stop and sped away. The vehicle eventually was stopped on Capistrano Lane and officers made contact with the driver, a male juvenile. The suspect reportedly told police he was residing at the Orca Lane address and that he stole the vehicle three days ago. He reportedly knew the owner’s daughter, who no longer lives in the city. He was taken to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center in Kingman.
WARRANT—Patience Ladonna Robles, 29, was arrested on June 11 in the area of Parkway South and Highway 95 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. She was also cited for speeding. Robles was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Maliafatima Hehea Toki, 23, was on June 11 at the intersection of Ramar Road and Baseline Road on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
THEFT OF MEANS TRANSPORTATION/IDENTITY/WARRANTS—Jarred Michael Duke, 27, was arrested on June 11 in the 2800 block of Grandhill Road on suspicion of theft of means of transportation, taking the identity of another, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property (license plate), false reporting to law enforcement, displaying a fictitious plate, outstanding felony warrant for a parole violation out of California, and misdemeanor warrants for assault/criminal damage/ disorderly conduct per domestic violence. Police reportedly made contact with a male subject (who reportedly gave a false name) parked in a vehicle on the street. Officers reportedly observed a burnt piece of tin foil (later confirmed as heroin) in the center console. Other drug paraphernalia reportedly was located in the vehicle. Police also learned that the vehicle was stolen out of Las Vegas. A fake plate had reportedly been put on and the real/stolen plate was located in the trunk. Police identified the driver as Duke and took him into custody. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
UNLAWFUL USE OF MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION—Addy Lucillie Beecher, 28, was arrested on June 12 in the 1700 block of Forest Drive on suspicion of unlawful use of means of transportation and unlawful flight from a pursuing law enforcement officer. On June 11, a male victim reported that his girlfriend had stolen his vehicle, a limousine. Shortly after, an officer reportedly saw Beecher driving the vehicle. She allegedly sped off to evade police, failed to stop for police when ordered and engaged in a brief pursuit with her at Hancock Road and Colorado Boulevard. Around 2 a.m. on June 12, Beecher reportedly went back to her boyfriend’s house, attempted to break in. Police arrived on scene and took her into custody. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Joshlynn Nicole Marie Fleminks, 31, was arrested on June 12 in the 2100 block of Riviera Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant issued out of Kingman for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County jail.
MARIJUANA—Manuel Francisco Gonzalez, 20, and Morgan Quinn Mattingly, 20, were cited and released on June 13 in the area of Coronado Drive and Coronado Circle on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police reportedly stopped Gonzalez for a traffic offense in the vicinity of Coronado Drive and Coronado Circle. The female passenger was identified as Mattingly. The officer reportedly detected an odor of marijuana and found some inside the vehicle during a search. Both were cite released at the scene.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Gabriel Ray Hickman, 22, was arrested on June 13 in the 2000 block of Ramar Road on suspicion of driving under the influence and extreme DUI with blood alcohol content of 20 percent or more. Hickman was reportedly involved in a single vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2000 block of Ramar Road when he lost control of his vehicle and got stuck in a ditch. Hickman was arrested for the DUI charges and issued a civil citation for failure to control to avoid an accident. Hickman was reportedly given a ride home.
WARRANT—Alicia Gonzalez Hernandez, 47, was arrested on June 13 at the police lobby on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was released from custody after posting the bond.
MARIJUANA/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA— Felicia Ann Tillman, 43, was arrested on June 13 in the 2500 block of Miracle Mile Road on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police were called to the location by an office staff member who reported seeing Tillman smoking something in her vehicle with her children present. When she reportedly came inside the business, there was a heavy odor of marijuana emitting from her. Officers contacted Tillman and she reportedly told them there was a marijuana pipe and marijuana—around 12 grams—in her vehicle. She was arrested and later release from the police station.
WARRANT—Loren Robert Williams, 43, was arrested on June 13 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on a warrant issued out of Bullhead City for theft of means of transportation. Its allegedly Williams failed to return a U-Haul one week after it was due. Williams was taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Agustin Antonio Banuelos III, 21, was arrested on June 13 in the 700 block of Marina Boulevard on two pre-adjudication warrants. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
MARIJUANA/ORDER OF PROTECTION—Arthur Michael De La Fuente, 35, was arrested on June 14 in the area of Ramar Road and Rivergardens Drive on suspicion of driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police conducted a traffic stop on De La Fuente in the ara of Ramar Road and Rivergardens Drive. He was released. However, police responded an hour later to a residence in the 1100 block of Ramar Road and located De La Fuente. He was reportedly served an order of proctection during his first arrest and told not to come to the address mentioned on the protection order. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE/WARRANT—Christine Elizabeth-Klare Bradford, 29, was arrested on June 14 in the 2500 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of criminal damage and a warrant for failure to appear. Police responded to the Circle K for a report of a disorderly female, later identified as Bradford. She reportedly was throwing items and caused damage to the front glass door. Bradford was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
