BULLHEAD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT:
TRESPASSING—Todd Lamont Derouen, 50, was cited and released on July 12 in the 1900 block of Robson Circle on suspicion of trespassing. Derouen was reportedly trespassed from this residence last month.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT—Michelle Phillip Durbin, 47, was arrested on July 12 in the 100 block of Palm Avenue on suspicion of aggravated assault per domestic violence. Police were dispatched for a domestic violence where it was reported Durbin reportedly threw a large glass bottle of alcohol at her boyfriend during an argument. Police say she swung the bottle, cutting him. Durbin was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for injuries she sustained in the argument. She was treated and subsequently taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY—William Eugene Curry, 69, was arrested on July 12 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. A manager at an apartment complex reported seeing Curry lying in his doorway with blood all over his face. When she asked if he was ok, he started screaming obscene profanities at her. He also reportedly pushed her. Curry continued to be belligerent and offensive to paramedics, police and medical staff at WARMC. He was medically cleared and taken to the Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Christina Michelle Delacruz, 37, was arrested on July 12 in the 700 block of Brill Drive on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was seen in court and later released.
WARRANT—Timothy Edwin Steiert, 49, was arrested on July 12 in the 2500 block of Swan Cove on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
LITTERING—Victoria Nicole Dancy, 25, was cited and released on July 12 at the intersection of Highway 95 and Retail Way on suspicion of littering. An officer reportedly observed a woman throwing a cigarette butt out of her vehicle window. Police made contact with the woman, identified as Dancy and cited.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT—A 13-year-old girl was arrested on July 12 in the 2600 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault, disorderly conduct and threatening and intimidating. Police reportedly located a runaway juvenile who they had to return back to the Department of Child Safety’s custody. The teen reportedly made several threats about hitting DCS staff if she went back. Police say the teen reportedly refused to walk to the DCS building once police transported her back. A DCS supervisor attempted to contact her, but the teen is alleged to have spat on her and continued to be disorderly with police. She was taken to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Facility in Kingman.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE—Josue Alberto Gomez, 28, was arrested on July 12 in the 2100 block of Riviera Boulevard on suspicion of criminal damage per domestic violence. A female victim reported that her son—who lives with her—damaged the wall in his room by putting several holes in it with a screwdriver. He was taken to Mohave County jail.
WARRANT—Jonathan Guterriez Siqueiros, 19, was arrested on July 12 in the 700 block of Marina Boulevard on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
LAKE HAVASU CITY POLICE:
INDECENT EXPOSURE—Brandon Huff, 34, was arrested on July 12 in the 1700 block of Kiowa Avenue on suspicion of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct-fighting. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
AGGRAVATED DUI—Slade Sargent Wyss, 37, was arrested on July 12 in the 3200 block of Maricopa Avenue on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence-license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
AGGRAVATED DUI—Stephen John Caudill, 53, was arrested on July 12 in the 3200 block of Maricopa Avenue on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence-license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was taken to the Mohave County jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Joseph Ryan Patrick, 37, was arrested on July 12 in the 3400 block of Jamaica Boulevard and Swordfish on suspicion of DUI-liquor/drugs/vapor/combo; DUI w/blood alcohol content of .08 or more; and leaving the scene of an accident.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE—Cassondra Janae Vargas, 34, was arrested on July 13 in the 2100 block of Palo Verde Boulevard South on suspicion of DUI-liquor/drugs/vapors/combo and DUI w/BAC of .08 or more.
